My warning light is on — can I keep driving?
Depends on the light. Flashing lights or anything temperature/oil related: stop and call us. A steady check-engine light is usually safe to drive short distances — but get it scanned soon. We can usually tell you over the phone.
Do you quote before starting work?
Always. Diagnosis first, then a clear quote, then work only after your okay. Anything unexpected found mid-job gets a phone call, not a surprise invoice.
What if the problem comes back?
Bring it straight back. We stand behind our repairs — if something we fixed isn't right, making it right is our problem, not yours.
Which areas do you provide mechanical repairs for?

Do you have a courtesy car?
Ask when you book — what we can offer depends on the day's workload, and we'll always be straight about it. Most smaller jobs are drop-off-in-the-morning, back-by-afternoon anyway.
Can I wait on site while it's done?
Honestly, there's not much waiting room in a busy workshop — but Bread Social is metres away and the cinnamon scrolls are to die for (trust us). Drop the car, grab a coffee, and we'll call the moment it's ready.
